Uninstall DSN from unixODBC using odbcinst

To uninstall a DSN from unixODBC use:

$ odbcinst -u -s -n [your_DSN_name]
odbcinst: DSN removed (if it existed at all). ODBC_BOTH_DSN was used as
the search path.
